Name of company/service: GCI Enterprises

I submit my bio-data before some days, for the post of Un. Supervisor in GCI Enterprise. Is this a Unit of Andhra Pradesh Gramin Corporation Of India ? After submit my bio-data i got appointment letter from GCI Enterprise Dehradun and they demand the demand Draft of Rs.3150/-. Which type of job given by the GCI Enterprise I don’t Know.

So Pls Guide me, and if any branch in Dehradun so Pls give the Full address and Contact Person name and number.
In the Appointment Address is given that Office No. 2,Mehu Wala Mafi,Shimla Bypass Road, Dehradun-248001(Uttranchal)
