Name of company/service: Sun Direct
I am a Sun direct HD customer and i recharge it by online always. When i checked for Malayalam Value packs it say Rs655 for 5 months and i did the same but my service got disconnected after 2 months , when i called up the customer care they informed 655 pack is for normal connection and not for full HD but the same was not specified in their website and their by cheating customers
