SUN DTH useless customer care

Hi,
i am using SUN DTH (smart card no-4124553615R)when i traying to add channel i traying more then 50 times then only they attend the call for that call hold time is 15 min .very very poor customer care inthe world …
i am informing to my friends coullegs relatives …don’t buy SUN DTH …
There self care web also not working . iam using 2mbps net still is not opening worst in all
