Suitcase Damaged

Dear Sir,

we have purchase on VIP Sky begs 24 inch. from your auth.Dealer (Goyal Deptt store Sadar Bazar Gurgaon (HR) Ph.9810428594). dated 28.10.2012,

Within one month the lock was not working so I return them for repairing the lock.

but instead of repairing the lock they damaged the cover of suitcase & now they are blaming me for the damage

suitcase so please take action against the dealer & please inform me.
