suffering last 7 days

I have purchased symphony hi cool cooler from big bazar, lake mall, rashbehari, kol-700027 on 12-05-14.once I installed in my home it wad not working. I have complained on same day in customer care of Symphony. Complain no-KO-SK-12E 14008, SECRET ID-489492. I have told them for exchange but completely denied for replacement, even I haven’t got any cooperation from neither symphony ltd or bigbazar. Please help I suffering viral disease that’s why I have purchased the product. Already 7days over I haven’t get any response. My mobile no-09748423374
