Subscription not being sent by retailer

Dear Sir,
I had ordered for six month subscription for MagicPot magazine on 04/01/2013 (Order Number:1687) and also I had made online payment of Rs349/- by my HDFC credit card on that same day. I was supposed to receive one issue of this magazine every week starting from March’13, but till date I have not received any single issue, where as already I was supposed to get three to four issue till date. Several time I had given complaint on their help-desk number +91-9594999986 and email ID [email protected], and still there is no result. Firstly they were complaining about Indian Postal Department but when I contacted our local post office (Santragachi, Howrah) now Bookstok.com has started complaining against publisher. Now tell me were I should go to solve this matter, because I need subscription of this magazine urgently for my son’s study. please help me.

  1. U also has the same problem. I am not sure if this website helps to consumers.. It is just a discussion forum..Unfortunately, our legal system either do not entertain such small issues or not strong at all..We are still a developing country..:(
