submitting wrong id, adress proofs

Name of company/service: new aapeshwar mobile centre

i have purchased tata docomo sim from thhis sailor and submit all the documents he mentioned like my id(voter card), electricity bill and photo. but after 2months my service of this tata docomo no. has been stoped, because my proofs does not get verified. i have complaint to sailor but he refused any error from his side and sent me to tata docomo outlet at panvel. the madam sitting here mentioned that this sim is working on name of faryad zaid not on deep singh.i have again submitted proofs to there.but they does not confirm yet that your sim will be activated or not.they will give me 48 hours and say that if your sim still does not work then please buy new one. i dont know whose mistake is this. but due to careless dealing of documents from one side put me into great trouble. i have lost my one day of work as well as salary.my bossspeaks to me lot about my absent,traveling from here and there does not only waste my time and energy but also waste 200-300 rupees in single day.know please tell me from whom i will get all these losting things back. yours faithfully
