Subject- Complaint against not getting refund from Timtara.com Officials.

Respected Sir,

I have ordered Sony xperia (Model name-) on Timtara.com 19-6-2012 and made payment of Rs 15,990 to Timtara.com through my ICICI credit card.

As per policy on the website of Timtara.com I should receive my product within 15 Working days after payment of product.

I have waited for my product till 20 working days i.e. 10-7-2012 and after not receiving my product within and above official time period shown by Timtara.com website, I mailed and called Timtara.com official for my product and from that day they were misguiding me about the product and not delivered me the desire product.

Finally I have decided to cancel my order and asked for the refund on 11-7-2012 so I was suppose to get my refund within 7 working days which means i should get my refund before 21-7-2012,but till date I haven’t got my refund of Rs 15,990.

I have called so many times and speak to officials of Timtara.com regarding my product but as they from noida I can’t reach them so they misguiding me and not giving my refund till date.

Sir, I m mentally so depressed and tired by such incidents so finally I asked that I am going to file a complaint in Consumer forum of india,still they bragging and not having fear from any action.

So, I am requesting you to take action against this kind of fraud companies who dare to play games with customers and Indian laws.
