Sub-standard service

I had damaged my charging point of my mobile Micromax Canvas Knight A350 and it was under warranty. Went to the service center but no one was available there so had to go to a local mobile repair because of which warranty was breached. Got it replaced by paying Rs. 2200. The pin again broke in a month. When approached the service center, they refused to submit my phone and provide the job sheet. Have been wandering for 6 days. When called the customer care they asked to go to the service center and submit it. They again refused to submit and when the Customer care executive asked me to pass on the phone to them, they refused to take the call. The executive said that the service center timing was closed but the service center technician served the other customers and provided them with the job sheet as well. And when i enquired again the technician was laughing at me and made me feel insulted in front of other technician and customers present there as well. Have already contacted the micromax complaint department and customer care but they are not providing with the solution as well.
