Sub standard faulty big Tv set top box & UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

Since day 1 i am facing issues with the new HD set top box like , very slow or no response while using remote control, poor picture quality, out dated set top box .
After so much of fighting with my family i opted for a dual connection with Reliance Big TV connection.
To ur surprise Reliance BIg tv Claims to give 10 X quality, but the set top box received us is printed with 5X clarity.its a false claim that reliance is promoting to give 10X quality with 5X capacity set top box. Pls note this connection is only 3 months old & the set top box provided to us is almost 1 & 1/2 years old ( i had to fight with the Connection engineer for retaining the out packaging where manufacturing date & other details are mentioned with us)

My Problem is that since 16th July new HD set top box is not functional. its more than 19 days or 3 weeks or 456 hours since i have registered my first complaint with Big tv no action has been taken.

complaint no 1 reference no 183150835 Date 14.07.2012 status closed without resolving the problem. When i called back again to big tv on 1800200901 for checking status on complaint , it was really shocking to hear what customer executive informed me the the engineer visited my place and the problem is resolved . ITS A FALSE INFORMATION -I want to have a proof of the engineer visit to my house ,i am ready to pay 100000 rs to the engineer who visited my place to attend the problem.

Complaint No 2 reference no 183633469 Date 21.07.2012- Closed without resolving the problem, as informed by the executive from the call centre that my mobile no is invalid -AGAIN FALSE CLAIM ( if they can prove that my registered mobile no ( 09008090008) is invalid then in that case i will sue my mobile service provided.

Complaint no 3 reference no 184531328 Dated 28.07.2012- Closed without any valid reason or informing me . Problem still unresolved & un attended

How can i received all the complaint reference SMS & service suspending SMS to pay Rs 742 when i my mobile no is invalid as informed by the customer service executive

Every time i have to call at the call centre to take status on my complaint, Every time i have to escalate to the senior executive & every time i have been committed for resolving my problem in 24 hours.

But till date my problem is not resolved .

To our shock my main connection is barred because i have not renewed my subscription form my second HD connection.have received the service suspension message to pay rs 742 for resuming the services

I am being forced to pay money for which i am not able to use the faulty HD connection- ITS A CRIME TO FLEECE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS.

ITS A MENTAL TORTURE & DISCOMFORT TO STAY WITHOUT TV.

I AM BEING HARASSED BY THE BIG TV TO PAY THE MONEY FIRST TO USE MY MAIN CONNECTION WHERE MY CURRENT BALANCE IS 438 RS .

I HAVE NO OPTION LEFT , SO I HAVE TO RECHARGE 1000 RS FOR A FAULTY CONNECTION.

I WANT TO CLAIM A COMPENSATION OF RS 20000 FROM BIG TV FOR CREATING HAVOK IN MY LIFE & COST OF CHANGING THE SERVICE PROVIDER IMMEDIATELY.
