Sub: Regarding smart card/blue book which yet not received by Subrata Panja as on 21st June 2014.

Dear sir,
I, Subrata panja, had purchased a Honda shine 125CC bike on 20th October 2012 from Dealer Auto save, Tarakeswar, bike registration number is WB 16 AD 6660, and the number plate was fixed by RTO Chinsurah. Almost 1year 8 months gone but yet I have not received smart card/blue book. “I frequently contract with seller but they just saying it on the process and that u will receive shortly. I always harass by the Police officer during checking of bike registration paper on road.
Please look into the matter and guide me “what is the procedure to know status for the same and how to take time.
