Sir,
i want to inform you that my name is Pramod Olha, customer of mts tele company for three years, my mobile no. is 9143205622. i was contact to their customer care executive on 24th may, 2012, to know the best offer for my phone no., and he request me to connect on 55155 for know the best offer. i called this no. and i came to knew the stv250 offer, where the offer was mts to mts 2400 mins., other network 900 mins. and 100 std mins. which was credited in my balance within 48 hrs.
then again i called to customer care around 9.30 am on 24th may, to confirm my stv250 offer. he, granted me to recharge it and got the all offers. then i recharged it around 11.57 am on 24th may,2012. but still now i didnt get the 100 mins. std. i fade up to call their customer care executives and mail to their higher authority but no one bother my complain. they told me that this offer is not eligible for my no. but i want to know how is it possible at the same time they gave me offer, and after i recharged it, they simply deny about the offer for my no.
i hope you kindly look after my problem regarding 100 std mins. offer. and credit in my balance as quick as possible.
