I have internate of hathway in pune. I have unlimited plan of hathway internate for yearly. So I pay my hathway internate bill after one year. Actualy all proccess in doing online from me so I have no reciept. But I have all Payment records. Actually I will pay this year bill for one year. After that six month of paying money, hathway told me that rate is change so I pay 2572.17. Hathway do not give any message or mail or sms for increase the rate of internate. Now hathway always demand to pay money after one or two months. They always call that you do not pay money pls pay money. Can you help me about this problem. I can not give any soft copy to you because I am doing all transaction online. So I will show you only payment details. I request you please consider my case and help me about this problem.
