still not get my shipment after one month

respected sir/mam, i have booked my household things to get shifted from delhi to bhadrawathi, karnataka, to a company named safe packers& movers, gurgaon, mr. manoj(9873666578)on 13th may 2012, they said they will deliver our goods within 10-12 days, but we still did not get our household goods after one month914th june 2012),when i called them after 10 days of packing which was our due date they started lying that they will turn up with update but they never call us and even when we call them they hardly answer and everytime there was some new excuse that it will take two or three more days..as it is in bangalore and it will deliver in one more day, again delivery was not done then i called them and they said it is not delivered bangalore yet..and will take more two or three days.and after 2-3 days i called them they told new lie. they reached bangalore and shipment is about to reach bhadrawathi 0n 4th june by evening.and they gave me one number 9812760087, but this number always come off or unreachable..and on 4thjune night they called from delhi’s number and said that calling from bangalore that the truck;s engine is seized and it will take another one more week to deliver our goods to bhadrawati..as new truck is coming from delhi.they had told the 10th of june will be the final date of delivery ..but on 10th when we called they gave us again a new number who told that the truck is not even reached to bangalore.it will rach on 11th. again i called at delhi office, evrytime they give a new no and say goods going to deliver today, if it is morning they say about evening delivery and if it is evening …it is about to nxt morning..they have given again one local number (984595259)of Karnataka, about enquiry but the person is not taking any kind of responsibility and saying that he s not even get paid from them and does not know much about the company. i am sick and tired of calling them ..i dont know wha t to do.and when i warned them about police complain they ARE least bothered.
