Sterling Holidays Resort – Misuse of membership

This is to bring to concern & lack of attention from the Sterling team regarding how my membership has been misused. After having made all the payment, there has been period wherein we could not avail the facilities each year due to being outside the country. Upon return and check with the team, as to if we could start avail,to our shock and dismay we find that our membership has unscrupulously been transferred to another person and that person has been using this facility. Now even after paying transfer of ownership ( which was not needed in the original place) and completing all formalities, there is no response from the team.
Extremely disappointed with the service and would like to bring this to attention for all.
