Dear Sir,

I have purchased product- Dolphin Steam Iron with 2 years Guarantee Period, Sr. No. of the Product:- 0412 41427, Cash Memo No./ Date of Sale: 123/6449 Dt. 30/09/2012 from the Hyper city- Thane, but within 2 months period Steam Iron Coating is damaged completely and i am not able to Iron the cloth which causes trouble to me and when i am tried to their toll free no.: 1800-22-6722 for complaint there is not response from thier side. So it is requested to file my complaint and take immediate action.
