Steam iron not repaired in warranty even after 2 months

I gave a steam iron for repairing purpose on 12/11/2012. It is still under warranty and even not repaired. Its over 2.5 months and the iron is not repaired. This is a daily usage equipment and it is used on daily basis. So i need good customer service from this company as soon as possible.
