stealing tax and cheating customers

I came across this Individual running his jewellery making shop under the name of “Lakshmi Ganes” casting in Chandni Chowk, at Cheera Khana, Gali Mata Wali, Delhi -6 . He sits on the first and second floor of the building. He cheats on customers by selling low quality stuffs and selling them at a higher price. He smartly interchanges low quality diamonds with the high quality diamonds which he gets from the showroom owner “VIP Jeweller” to make jewellery. He then uses those high quality diamonds on making ornaments which he gifts to his wife and daughter. He is among a few jewellery makers who has made a fortune only by stealing, evading tax and cheating people under the garb of jewellery making. He has been doing it for several years now. His name is Sukumar Adak from Lakshmi Ganes casting at Chandni Chowk, Gali Matawali, Cheera Khana, Delhi – 6. Also, he is evading tax and most of his properties have not been declared as he is being helped by a CA to whom he pays rupees 20, 000 a year. In 2015 year he invested over 30 lakh rupees on buying new properties in West Bengal and also contemplating buying a few more in Delhi/NCR. The income tax that he declares is always lesser than what he earns. Kindly look into this as people like him creates nuisance and tax burden comes on those righteous people who even pay their income tax on time. He is currently staying at Shakarpur (Upadhayay Block) U-108 on first floor.
