sir,
myself is vidyanand and I am using reliance mobile 9359177695. I have activated do not disturb seva on my mobile although regularly balance has been deducted from account. after complaining to customer care they simply refund it to my account. in place of loading the complain or giving me the complain no.
If there is any provision to stop them deducting the balance from mobile please take action to that company.
