Dear sir OR Madam, i am consumer of reliance digital tv since 2010. my
reliance digital tv consumer I.D. is 200773913334. two days ago on
07-08-2014 i recharge the amount of 692 rupees and activate the three
months subscription and one month free subscription, which provided by
company, company customer executive activated the service after call,
now today when watching channels suddenly channels stop, and tell
about card impairing error, after that i called to customer care with
my phone number 9461102478 and tell about the problem, they transfer
my call to there senior they said i have to pay again of 400 for
pairing card with set up box, because i use set up box after months ,
its company fault now they putting this on me to take money, they
didnt tell me about this that i will have need to pair it after two
days, and have to pay again. my 692 already lost. again asking 400.
its company policy to take money from consumers. i want to start my
service or refund money.
