I have purchased a car Hyundai I10 Mmagna From the dealer of pala[Kerala] name popular hyundai since 20 days back.From the day one i am getting some or the other problem from this car and i have complained against it in Hyundai, but no proper step has been taken from there side to solve my problem.2days back i went to a shop by car and on the time of back to home my car didn;t start .i called to he customer care of hyundai KOttayam(Dist)pala center, the came after 6hrs i am waiting in the road that much time , finally they checked and said now it has no problem all be done and hyundai is no:1 in servicing but the next day i came back to home from the hospital with my parents the car is again the car didn’t get start , i called to the customer care but no response , and the next day i went to the service center and told them to their irresponsibility to the customers , they said battery failiur is the main problem, i said a new car this much problem that is the manufacturing diffect of the hyundai,but they did not redy to accept they said ” a new born baby may may not be dead “. i said the battery have a 1year warenty plz change it , but they didn’t ready to do that , and i am very disappointed about this new car and the response to the customers.Now, i have to take some step against them to solve my problems, so i request you to pls look into this matter and help me out.
