Sr. Executive Assistant and also Manager Of Operations and Fulfillment

I was working with a company by the name of DEJA-VU SOLUTIONS LIMITED which is located in Mumbai Malad as a Sr. Executive Assistant and Operations Manager. Last month on the 17th Of January I was asked to leave the company without any reason nor without any notice period. He has hired another girl in place of me at a lower salary so he decided to get rid of me. I wrote emails to Dr. Kaustubh Chokshi ( Director ), Mr. Shashank Mewada ( Finance Manager ) , Ms. Puja Pattni ( Executive Assistant ) and Ms. Madhavi Bhuva ( HR and Admin ) requesting them to pay me my salary and my severance pay as there was no reason for my termination nor any any notice period but till now no one from the company has given any clear answer. Dr. Kaustubh Chokshi ( Director ) has refused to speak with me on the same and the employees just don’t answer as he has instructed them to do the same.
This is extremely unfair and i need someone to help me with what i need to do next.
