Hi this is Sathish Kumar from Adilabad,Andhra Pradesh I have purchased Spy Pen from TVC. Due to faulty piece I sent back to company but they are not sending me back new product as per phone discussion, I have phoned them 100 times they are replying me same answer that you will get u’r product within 7-10 days. Six months are completed but their answer is same now I am asking them for Money not product, but they are refusing to give me money back
