I have purchased a Zync cloud tab 5 from Zync in the month Dec 2012 but there is spot on display immdly. I informed customer care of Zync and as per their direction I have sent the picture also. On the same day when I recd the tab I.e.on 22.12.2012but since then after sending lots of email they have not solved my problem.they have given some addresses of their service centres but after contacting over telephone they told that they are not attending the complaints of Zync only one co.M/s Jaggar com. has checked the tab and advised me to go for replacement.Zync informing me to deposit my tab to their service centre but I do not have spare mob as they will take minimum 20 days to rectify the problem they will sent the tab.
