I’M KUNAL MODI LIVING IN CHENNAI.
I HAD PURCHASED ONE LG SPIT AC IN OCT 2012, SIR FROM THE DAY I PURCHASED THIS AC I HAVE FACED SEVERAL PROBLEMS, BUT THE LAST COMPLAINT WHICH I GAVE THAT AC IS NOT CHILLING 15 DAYS AGO HAS NOT RESOLVED YET, YHE SERVICE PERSONEL CAME TO MY OFFICE AND TOLD ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO PUT A DOUBLE BOOSTER STABILIZER WHERE I SPENT 4200 FOR THE STABILIZER STILL THE AC IS NOT CHILLING, ATLAST I CALLED THE SERVICE AREA MANAGER MR SRINIVASAN HOPING THAT I WILL GET ANY RESPONSE BUT HE WAS ALSO NOT RESPONDING AFTER SOME TIME MR SRINIVASAN STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS, PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.
LG- LIFE’S GOOD IS THEIR PUNCH LINE WHERE DO NOT KEEP UP THEIR WORDS, YA LIFES GOOD FOR THEM AS THEY MAKE PROFIT AFTER WE BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AND MAKE OUR LIFE WORST AFTER PURCHASING THEIR PRODUCTS. WAITING FOR POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM LG.
