Sir, I booked to and fro flight ticket on 16.01.2015 to travel on 19.01.2015 from Hyderabad to Delhi though clear trip on line. My ticket reference PNR no. S5PYJC. Initially I book return ticket at 15.40pm for same day, but due to change in program, I requested spice jet costumer care directly to change my return ticket timing for same day last flight. They said I should pay difference amount for that, I agreed and paid money Rs. 3410 through credit card and they issued ticket also. while check in time spice jet counter people told me that your payment is not credited in the spice jet account, so we con’t issue boarding pass. Immediately in-front of them only i checked with credit card bank they conformed money was credited in their account (spice jet account). But still spice jet people not agree and told me that, you pay difference amount again, if previous amount credited in our account automatically
it will revert back to your credit card account. Due to urgency I again paid amount and took my boarding pass. But till date I did not get my money. I called so many times to spice jet costumer care (since last three months) they are not responding properly. previously when I called costumer care they booked complaint number as 336373. Every time when I calling and waiting for 15 to 20 minute time in line but no use no one receiving call properly. The amount I paid twice was Rs.3410.00. Please do the needful and take action against spice jet
