Speed Related issues from past 2 months,

Location/place: Pune Maharastra

Name of company/service: Tata Photos Plus

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Chandrakant Kumawat from sikar rajasthan. I am using a tata photon plus no 9214434561. I am using this number from past 1 year which was with good speed. And now i transfered to PUNE, Maharastra where my photon plus is not working. I registered my complaint to customer care 3 times, but they are saying that there are some network issues in your location where no of users are high, so speed related issue will be there. And it will take some time to resolve the issue.
I am waiting from 2 months to resolve my issues. I use this connection in late night hours upto 2-3 AM to complete my job.

I am just paying monthly rental of Rs 750.00 for just a speed of 5-10 kbps, unbelievable.

I have already got solution for my different problems only through consumer forums only. I think they person only listen you guys. Customer does not mean for the network providers.

I would really request you to please resolve my issues.

    The device is in High Utilization Area.The data has been used. Hence, waiver is not applicable for the same.

    Have you guys read my mail first. Where i demanded for waiver ???? i need solution to get proper speed… Can’t you able to understand what i am demanding ???

    What does it means HIGH UTILIZATION area ??? Don’t u provide photon plus in this area ?? than why you guys sold me this device ?? at that time you people says “The device will work everywhere where we have Photon Plus service. and in PUNE you have Photon Plus service..

    I dont need your beg of waiver, i need proper speed that you commit to give… i am paying my hardwork money for you monthly rent…

    I hope you guys would feel the pain of customers.. that how to earn money harder..
