Speed Post

Dear SIr , I forgot my Driving licence at my friend’s House in Ludhiana. So he Speed Post my Driving licence on date 18-07.2014 . Till I dnt get any Speed Post. I am Tracking my speed post on Internet and it is showing that the parcel is received in my near post office Ballabgarh . And the my speed post is Dispatched from the post office bt till i dnt get . The post office is just 3km away from me .. I am facing the problems withiut my driving licence . So please sir take some serious action that i can get my speed post which has my driving licence…
