I have purchased a wireless broad band device from MTS with the plan of Rs.2222 for three months. They said that, they will provide a speed of 3.2MBPs up to 5Gb usage. But even after giving complaint to the customer care they are not able to fix the issues. Apart from that they will use the word up to 3.2Mbps, which may range from 0.0kbps to 3.2mbps. If they are not able to provide the speed why should they tell us that.
