SPECKS ALLIGNMENT ISSUE

I visited the lenskart store on 18/08/2018 in raj nagar rdc ghaziabad. Store manager mosazin only focus on sales. I visited for specks allignment he told me that specks will broke if he do allignment. He told me that we dont take any gurantee if specks broke during allignment. I hv purchased many specks from local stores and they always do allignment whenever require. But the behaviour of store incharge of lenskert was very pathetic. He told me to go some other store for allignment. Is this is the service which they provide to their customers. At the time of sales he was very polite but during service his behaviour was very rude. He was not at all listening to my problem.
