Hello Team,
I would like to lodge a complaint against Acer laptops. I bought Acer Aspire-5745 on Jan-2010, but due to some mishandleing my laptop panel get broken. Now I am looking for the panel and the inches for my laptop. I checked with Acer service centre which is in bangalore but they told me to escalate it to ACER corporate office. I sent out a mail to Acer office requesting for Panel and Iches but no response from them. I personally called them many time but its of no use. I am chasing them from almost more than 6 months but they are not really bothering about the issue.My question is how can they say NO PRODUCTION for the products which is sold just 1 year back. Is this the After sale service what they are giving.
