Hi,
I have purchased sony xperia tipo on 24th oct 2012. After 2 months its headphone stopped working. I submitted my headphone to Accel frontline services for replacement on 05th Jan 2013 and they said it would take 8 working day. Today(30th Jan 2013), its already 25 days passed but I didn’t get my headphone.
Whenever I call to sony service center to know they status they only reply as “still in progress”.
I am facing problem without my headphone.
I also tried to call Accel frontline services but they didn’t receive call. I dropped mail to them, today I got reply that it will take 7-8 more days.
Please help.
