Name of company/service: Sony Mobiles Communication
Sony Xperia Arc phone submitted on 30/4/2012 to sony service centre for screen defects has not been repaired yet. The only reply I get is next week since the date I submitted. I am always given different contact nos to check my phone’s status.
I also lodged a complaint to the company however there is no response. I was due to get the phone in 10 days after submitting.
I am only told that I should wait for further status every time.
