Hi,
I am having a Sony Xperia Sola phone which I have purchased on June-2012. It was working fine till yesterday but suddenly since morning it is not opening.
When I checked the same with service center guys they said all ICs have been burned and they cant provide the support for the same.
But my concern is if phone is under warranty and there is no physical or water damage and even no one has opened the phone except service center then how come they denied to provide the support.
If there is any internal issue and company will not fix the same then what does warranty means Why we are paying so much money in the name of after sales services?
Kindly help me to resolve the case.
