#sonyindia Worst laptop service ever. I had complained for my broken laptop on 15th March and after 15 days came to know that #Sony has stopped making the required parts as an alternative they will buy back the laptop solution for which will be provided from head office in 2-3 days.
It has been around 20 days since then and after 100’s of follow up, the response is same the solution us awaited from head office.
Don’t understand what sort of people work at #sony . No wonder #sony has to shutdown its laptop business.
Taking my complain to consumer forum to seek help.
