my name is srikumar sunderesan.
i bought a Sony xperia z on 24/03/2013.After barely two weeks of use ,while taking the phone from my pocket ,the screen cracked .
The touch in that area is not working .
i did buy the phone after going through sony website and also some reviews .
i brought this mobile because of its features and the camera that was said in the website.

my question is that is sony supplying low quality phone in india or sony is not keeping up to their advertisement
I am completely disappointed with the phone and also with the service sony is offering .
it is not worth to wait 2 hrs ,to hear that i have to again pay for phone.
please do help me in getting a new handset.
