Service center has declined replacement of the Sony Xperia M hand set which was bought only 20 days ago.
Complaint was logged in Sony customer care with complaint no 14081906151
The speakers of the phone irregularly working and the external speakers are completely not working..
It’s a defective hand set therefore I require a replacement of the hand.
Since the customer care unable to give guarantee that no other issues will arise after opening the hand set once
Therefore I do not want a repair since its a 20 days old phone.
