Sony Mobile, Under Warrenty Refused to Fix the Problem by the Service Center

I purchased Sony Xperia S Mobile from the Sulekha.com online shopping on 15.4.2012 with the National Warrenty for one year. But it has malfunctioned and not working at present. Seems some sofware problem or some manufacturing problems. I contacted here the local Service Center of Sony for its repair/replacement (whichever is needed) but they refused to do so. Moreover, they asking me money for its repair. Not only they mistalked and misbehaved with us. They said that, the phone was purchased not from his shope hence, they are unable to repair it. I am trying to contact the cutomer support number they mentioned on the website 180030002800 which never works. The online complaint I made thrice but they did not reply me. As a consumer, I have been greatly harassed and deprived hence, looking for justice.
