TO whomever it may concern.
I am having Sony Experia Tipo dual handset (ST21i2) ,( EMI no 353811050078396 ) which is purchased on 30/oct/12. It is having ” ECO ” problem while talking. First I repaired it in Haldwani service center. They are just updated software. But within two weeks again same complaint repeated. Second time also I am given at same service center on 25/12/12 and i got back after one month with continuous follow up with service center and Customer care center.
They changed mother board of mobile to solve the problem.
But after one week again ECO problem started. Company, and its employs are are refused to give the replacement and asking to submit at service center itself.
All the employs of Sony are promising to call back and to solve the issue, but they ignoring like any thing.
Their repair and service are not trust able and not user friendly.
Please consider this issue before purchasing any ” SONY ” product.
