Sony Mobile is not providing service

Hi,

I have given my Sony Experia Neo V model Hand set for repair on 28th June 2012. Till now they have not rectified the problem and even customer care also dos’t know when they can give the solution this.

i’m a big fan of SONY products, i’m using LCD and Home theater of sony and by purchasing SONY mobile i have done a mistake.

Totally useless service and never expected from SONY.
