I AM AVINASH.N.JOSHI AND I PURCHASED A SONY VAIO LAPTOP MODEL-SVE15127CN/B
AND SERIAL NO.7003257 ON 27 OCT.2012 AND AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS MY WINDOWS 8 OS CRASHED SO I REFRESHED OS STILL PROBLEM WAS OCCURRING SO I CONTACTED
SONY CARE THE CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE GUIDED ME FOR RESET OF OS STILL PROBLEM WAS OCCURRING I CALLED AROUND 5-10 TIMES .I WAS GIVEN SAME SOLUTION AND PROBLEM STILL REPEATED .IN MAY 2013 WHEN I CALLED AGAIN SONY CARE EXECUTIVE HE FILED MY COMPLAIN AND ONSET SERVICE WAS MADE AVAILABLE FOR ME BY NEAREST SONY SERVICE CENTER(IN THANE,MAHARASHTRA). AFTER A MONTH SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED SO I VISITED SONY SERVICE CENTER (IN PUNE) IN FIRST WEEK OF JULY 2013 . STILL I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME OS CRASHING PROBLEM-ERROR IS SHOWN ” YOUR PC RAN INTO PROBLEM WE WILL RESTART IT FOR YOU” .I REQUEST SONY COMPANY TO PLEASE HELP ME OUT REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
