i am gopakumar. i was purchased sony note book p.c model VPCEA45 ON 14/02/2011 . At first my computer was very slow after purchasing ten months . this time i am contact with QRS AT TRIVANDRUM. They where send me to madonna sales &service pattom.my system is very slow and my system formatted by madona sales &service.my system hard disc is 320gb . after formatted my laptop my hard disc has only10gb. now my computer making abnormal noise .this time also send to madona sales and service.They where says that my hard disc was damaged . i am believing sony vaio . But they where asking RS-6000 +SERVICE CHARGE. This is very cruel& very sad situation for me…… NOW I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT ALSO……. .I WILL EXPOSED THIS ISSUE THROUGH MEDIAS ALSO..
my laptop is now in madonna sales and service from 28/07/2012.
