Sony inept at resolving phone issues.

Location/place: Pune, Maharashtra

Name of company/service: Sony Xperia

I have had my cell phone at the sony service center for the past 5 weeks awaiting a touchpad replacement. Apparently they still use medieval communication and transport methods because they are yet to do anything about repairing the phone and nobody knows what is the status of the repair.
Upon calling the service center i am told to contact customer care and upon calling customer care i am met with a bunch of people in the later stages of Dementia. I don’t ever care about my phone anymore, i just want to watch sony burn.
