Hi,

I had submitted my phone(sony erricson Ray) on 21st march 2013 for repairs to Accel frontline ltd,D/16,4th Floor,Commerce center,Near AC market,Tardeo Road, Mumbai-400034.
The job id number:W113032100716.
The phone is under warranty.
I have still not received my phone after repairs.The vendor person(Mr.Parab-9833629304) is giving number of reasons for not giving my phone on time after repairs.
I am frustrated with Accel Frontline and also with Sony for giving such bad customer support.
