I had purchase Sony Ericsson mobile phone model C903 on 16/08/2010 from Spice retail shop no 5, Krishna Mandir market, Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043.My IMEI/Sr. no is 354278037440116 and item no is 7311271188346. On the month of December 2010 the phone had a problem with the key pad ,slider and some setting in phone camera so i went to Cereon Dwarka Service Center on 23/12/2010 and i submitted my phone for repair ,my work order no was SE310CDW10423. After many enquirers in Sony Customer Care, they had not given me satisfactory feedback and they returned my phone un-repaired on 8/02/2011. Then i went to Har Kishan Service Center Jankpuri District Center where they refuse to accept the mobile phone which was still under warranty. Then i went to Hot Spot, 19 Netaji Subash Marg Daryaganj 0n 26/02/2011 and submitted my mobile phone for repair vide work order number SE311HSD10281. the service center said that the parts are not available, then i requested for replacement of my mobile phone vide case id no 89767505 but they refused for replacement and also said that the part’s are not available.
sir , now i would like your kind intervention into the matter and make out a way so that i don’t have run from pillar to post and get my mobile phone(repaired/replaced) back for which i had paid my had earned money.
