i have a sony xperia arc and i have been submitting the cell phone from last one month but the issue is still not solved and its completed two months but i have not recieved my cell phone repaired no proper answers from toll free numbers and from service centre the manager is also not providing sufficient information
details:
sony xperia arc(LT15i)
my cellphone is not working properly it heatens up in half and hour and the battery drains out fast
number of times submitted:3
service centre:S.G INFOTECH 2nd floor thakkar shopping centre,borivali(west)

    Hi, Even i am having the same problem. I too have an xperia sola bought in june 2012, and for the second time in 8 months my phone has stopped working. As said by you and in the same way with me, for the second time for last 1 month i am getting no response from the people in service centre and my phone is with them from 7th of March 2013 till date .

    I see some other posts as well in this forum from Sony Xperia Sola users . If we together raise a voice , maybe we can bring a change.
