Sonata Watches Poor Quality

I have a very high regard for TATA company and its products but this particular experience has left with sour taste. Bought a Sonata Wedding Collection pair watches in Oct 2013. Both the watches stopped working just after two months even without much of use, added to that strap of one of the watch, just tore apart just after its second use (literally). When contacted the dealer, both watches were repaired and the defect was attributed to low battery ( only god knows how can batteries of both watches can expire just after two months of use. More interestingly, warranty does not include for strap, so i had to pay again for it (sadly there is not even a compliant register to register my dissatisfaction on the product, even online compliants registered on [email protected] and online compliant form for official website of titan watches are just waste of time. All this leaves a space to give a thought whilst buying indian products.
