Someone hacked my account to recharge 6-7 mobile numbers and his DTH,

I got the details about the person from Dish TV DTH customer care. the person anme is Vinod singh and register number is 8084698091 and this(27.62.152.242) is the ip of the system from where he recharged various mobile numbers and Dish TV. From Paytm online portal.
