i purchased samsung galaxy s3 on 24 dec 2012 ,the day of two i’m facing a problem with my mobile, its getting hanged often n getting off automatically .when i went to the univercell showroom which is located near white field,bangalore-66 when i told them regarding my problem the took my phone to the samsung service center and i was running up n down frm past one week .when i got back my phone frm the service center i was still facing the same problem .when i went back to the univercell showroom they never showed any response to me properly .the phone is with them frm past 6days .i’m looking for a replacement of my mobile since i’ve never used it properly even one day when i asked them for the replacement they r making me to roam around everyday n they are not showing any interest .plz help me out regarding this issue n sort out my problem asap i’m looking forward .
I have worst experience with Univercell showroom at whitefield Bangalore.
Managers they will never take care of customer complaints.
