Dear Sir,
This is regarging my complaint number RNA110511084042.
As I purchased a split ac from ur LG best shop lajpat nagar (name and address given below) on 22 march 2011. All and everything you guys said I paid like ur LG authorised installation, steplisor etc.
We started using this ac in april coz tempreture was not too much..after only 20 days its swing stoped.I make a compalint and they gave me a complaint number. Your executive came at my residance and said Ac swing has been useless now due to any fault and hw will change it in next 4 or five days.after a long discussion they changed it but RIGHT AFTER THIS ITS SWING STOP WORKING AFTER 30 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS USE.between 22 march 2011 to october 2011 they changed it FOUR times and in this season its again stopped. now as usual they are saying they will change it but they will charge 400 rs service charge+ swing value and also offering their 3 year plan for amc.in which they will charge 5900 and take care of all parts for 3 years….i just wanna know that whats the warranty ??
company research on all products before launching in market then how can it stop working just after 20 days of installation and continue it for whole year ???
and now after one year they are selling me their AMC plan for maintinance.
ARE THEY SELLING THEIR MAINTENANCE PLAN OR PRODUCT ?????
MY AC SWING IS STILL BROKEN AND I AM GETTING SAME EXCUSES.
